The golden visa can be applied on the value of the purchase price that appears on the tittle deeds, without taxes and free of mortgage. Inheritances and donations are not allowed as well. Yes, there is a golf course near Moraira. Ifach Golf Club is a nine hole course, situated between Moraira and Calpe, overlooking the Peñon Ifach with fantastic sea views. Short, but very challenging, 3 par 4’s, the rest par 3’s. A friendly sociable, golf club open to members and visitors alike.
